Return and Refund Policy
Goods Return within Fourteen (14) Days (UK & EU)
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union who purchase online may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with applicable consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at nebulamodular@outlook.com. We reserve the right to confirm whether an item is eligible for return before authorising the return.
Securely package the item(s) and include your order number or proof of purchase.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for UK and EU consumer cancellation rights. Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back promptly in accordance with the instructions provided.
Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original packaging. Items that are incomplete, damaged after delivery, used, installed, test-fitted, worn, or altered may not be accepted for return.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For non-faulty returns, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable restocking and handling fee from the refund where permitted by law. This does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Special Order or Custom Orders
Special-order, custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items are manufactured or sourced specifically to your requirements. For this reason, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once your order has been confirmed, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.
We may, at our sole discretion, agree to accept the return of a special-order or custom item in exceptional circumstances. Any such agreement must be confirmed in writing before the return is arranged.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at nebulamodular@outlook.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant.
Securely package the item(s) and include your order number or proof of purchase if a return is requested.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) before processing a refund, repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution. We will notify you once this process has been completed.
If a return is approved because the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will refund reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Installation and Fitment Issues
Some automotive products may require minor adjustments, professional installation, or test fitting before final installation. Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive parts and manufacturing materials, slight variations in finish, weave, alignment, or fitment may occur.
Customers must inspect and test fit items before painting, bonding, modifying, or final installation.

We reserve the right to review all fitment-related claims before approving a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
No replacement or refund will be provided where:
The item has been misused, neglected, or improperly installed
The item has been modified, painted, bonded, drilled, trimmed, or otherwise altered from its original condition
The item has been used after the issue became apparent
The customer did not inspect or test fit the product before final installation
Clearance and Sale Items
Clearance items and items sold on an “as is” basis are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
