8.4 Except where required by law, Nebula Modular LTD shall not be liable for any labour costs, workshop charges, installation costs, diagnostic fees, removal costs, reinstallation costs, paint costs, wrapping costs, coding charges, tuning costs, loss of use, vehicle downtime, transport costs, recovery charges, third-party costs, indirect losses, or consequential losses arising from:
(a) product incompatibility;
(b) fitment issues;
(c) installation difficulties;
(d) vehicle coding or electronic issues;
(e) damage caused by incorrect installation;
(f) use of the product with other aftermarket or non-standard components; or
(g) any defect or issue that was not reasonably apparent before installation or use.

8.5 Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase and for ensuring that products are installed correctly and safely, preferably by a qualified professional.

9. Installation and Fitment

9.1 Many automotive parts should be test fitted before painting, bonding, drilling, trimming, wrapping, ceramic coating, or final installation.

9.2 No refund, replacement, or return may be provided for items that have been installed, used, painted, bonded, drilled, trimmed, modified, or otherwise altered from their original condition, unless required by applicable law.
