We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse any order where fraud is suspected, payment has not been authorised, stock is unavailable, or an error has occurred in the product listing, pricing, or shipping details.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at nebulamodular@outlook.com before placing your order and we will advise whether shipping can be arranged.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

For made-to-order, custom, personalised, or special-order items, processing and dispatch times may be longer. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be stated on the product page or communicated to you directly.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Tracking and Delivery

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be liable for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at nebulamodular@outlook.com with your order number so that we can investigate with the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs processing, weather events, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Special Order and Custom Items

Special-order, made-to-order, custom-made, or personalised items may be subject to extended processing and delivery timeframes.

Any delivery dates provided for such items are estimates only and may be affected by supplier lead times, manufacturing schedules, and shipping conditions.

Where a special-order or custom item has been ordered specifically to your requirements, the order may not be cancelled once production, sourcing, or dispatch has begun, except where required by law.

Installation and Fitment Considerations

Some automotive parts may require professional installation, preparation, or test fitting before final installation.

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility and suitability before purchase. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.

Nebula Modular is not responsible for labour costs, workshop charges, fitting fees, or related expenses arising from delayed delivery, incorrect self-diagnosis, incompatibility, or installation issues, except where required by law.

Delivery Inspections

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at nebulamodular@outlook.com and provide your order number together with clear photographs where applicable.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
